I’m a Registered Holistic Nutritionist- Natural Nutrition Clinical Practitioner and Registered Nutritional Therapist. I hold a membership with the Canadian Association of Natural Nutrition Practitioners (CANNP) and the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition Alumni. (CSNNAA).

In addition to functional nutrition guidance, I integrate nervous system regulation and body-based practices when appropriate, recognizing that symptoms often persist when the body remains under stress. This allows support to be practical, personalized, and grounded in how the body actually responds, so women can finally feel better and move forward in their health with confidence, validation and support.
