I’m a Registered Holistic Nutritionist- Natural Nutrition Clinical Practitioner and Registered Nutritional Therapist. I hold a membership with the Canadian Association of Natural Nutrition Practitioners (CANNP) and the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition Alumni. (CSNNAA). I work with women experiencing ongoing digestive, metabolic, and hormonal symptoms, and my approach focuses on understanding the whole picture; providing practical, personalized support so women can finally feel better and move forward in their health with confidence, validation and support.
