My work focuses on the real physiology behind your symptoms, including hormones, metabolism, thyroid function, blood sugar regulation, digestion, stress, and nervous system health.

I take a whole-person approach because your symptoms don't happen in isolation. Stress, nutrition, sleep, daily habits, environment, and lifestyle patterns all influence how you feel, and often the answers aren't found by looking at just one piece of the puzzle.

As a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Natural Nutrition Clinical Practitioner, Registered Nutritional Therapist, and yoga teacher with over 6,000 hours of teaching experience, my goal is not to overwhelm you with information. It's to help you understand what your body may be trying to communicate, make sense of the symptoms you're experiencing, and feel confident in the next steps you choose to take.
