Yes. I work with clients across Canada, the U.S., and internationally. Sessions are held virtually through Google Meet, and I’ll coordinate timing based on your location to make it easy to attend.
For Australian and East Asian clients, please send me an email to make arrangements for a session that works for our timezones.

I’m not a medical doctor and cannot order blood work directly. However, we can work together to identify which labs may be relevant, and I’ll support you in requesting those through your doctor or nurse practitioner. Ordering and interpretation of any lab work are always at their discretion. I will offer input from a functional lense.

Supplement protocols typically range from $50–$300, depending on your needs. All supplement recommendations are delivered through Fullscript, a secure, professional-grade dispensary that’s fully PIPEDA-compliant. Because regulations differ between Canada and the USA, there are two unique logins for each country. If outside of Canada or the USA, I will provide recommendations via the USA Fullscript, with a list for you to find locally.
Some health benefits or health spending accounts may cover these costs — check with your provider to confirm.

For Canadian residents only;
Aside from Health Spending Accounts under Extended Healthcare, many private insurances now cover my services. Manulife, iA Financial Group, GreenShield Canada, Equitable Life Insurance, ClaimSecure Inc., Blue Cross Alberta and Blue Cross Saskatchewan cover the cost of Nutritional Counselling under Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Nutritionist, Natural Nutrition Clinical Practitioner or Registered Nutritional Therapist. I can provide my license number on receipt, after our appointment.
-
Absolutely — you can book a single session if you’re looking for clarity, support, or direction. Many clients start with one and choose to continue once they experience the results.
-
Virtually on weekdays.
A Health History form is required before all appointments. I would also like you to bring recent lab work, and a list of all supplements and medications you are taking.
Yoga & Somatic Movement
-
I teach live every Monday night on Google Meet, so you can roll out your mat at home and join from anywhere. If that doesn’t work for your schedule, I also offer on-demand classes you can do anytime, at your own pace.
-
My style is all about nervous system support. It’s a mix of gentle flow, somatic movement, breathwork, and slowing down enough to actually hear yourself again.
Think: less performance, more presence.
It’s not about touching your toes — it’s about learning to breathe, feel grounded, and come back to yourself in a world that pulls you in a hundred directions. -
Yes. Many of my clients in the 90-Day Hormone Reset are surprised when yoga or somatic movement becomes part of their protocol — but trust me, it’s often the missing piece.
If you're constantly in fight-or-flight mode, no amount of supplements or clean eating will fully land. Movement and breath are part of healing — not an add-on.
-
Absolutely. My classes are beginner-friendly, trauma-informed, and focused on what your body needs — not how it looks. You won’t be asked to do anything wild, and I’ll guide you step-by-step.
