  • I’m not a medical doctor and cannot order blood work directly. However, we can work together to identify which labs are relevant, and I’ll support you in requesting those through your doctor or nurse practitioner. Whether or not they approve them is at their discretion.

  • Supplement protocols typically range from $50–$300, depending on your needs. All supplement recommendations are delivered through Fullscript, a secure, professional-grade dispensary that’s fully PIPEDA-compliant

  • While appointments themselves are not usually covered, many clients have successfully used health spending accounts (HSAs) to cover supplements and functional testing. Contact your provider to confirm.

  • Absolutely — you can book a single session if you’re looking for clarity, support, or direction. Many clients start with one and choose to continue once they experience the results.

  • I support women across Canada through virtual consults, which means you can meet with me from your kitchen table, your office, or your car (yes, really it's happened). No waiting rooms, no driving, no rearranging your whole day.

    You’ll get personalized recommendations, clear follow-ups, and everything you need through a simple digital system. And if you’ve never done a virtual consult before, I’ll walk you through it. It’s easier than you think.

Yoga & Somatic Movement

  • I teach live every Monday night on Google Meet, so you can roll out your mat at home and join from anywhere. If that doesn’t work for your schedule, I also offer on-demand classes you can do anytime, at your own pace.

  • My style is all about nervous system support. It’s a mix of gentle flow, somatic movement, breathwork, and slowing down enough to actually hear yourself again.

  • Yes. Many of my clients in the 90-Day Hormone Reset are surprised when yoga or somatic movement becomes part of their protocol — but trust me, it’s often the missing piece.

    If you're constantly in fight-or-flight mode, no amount of supplements or clean eating will fully land. Movement and breath are part of healing — not an add-on.

  • Absolutely. My classes are beginner-friendly, trauma-informed, and focused on what your body needs — not how it looks. You won’t be asked to do anything wild, and I’ll guide you step-by-step.
