From adolescence to menopause and all the transitions in between, my work is rooted in supporting women who feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or unheard in their health journey. Hormone imbalance can impact everything doesn’t it? Your sleep, energy, mood, digestion, weight, cycles, and that quiet sense of feeling like yourself.
I blend advanced holistic nutrition education with a functional lens, always considering the full picture; your labs, your lived experience, your nervous system. As a trauma-informed practitioner with over 6,000 hours in yoga and somatic movement, I incorporate breathwork, gentle body-based practices, and evidence-informed care to help you reconnect with your body in a safe and sustainable way.
This is about meeting you where you are, helping you understand what your body is trying to say, and walking alongside you as you learn to work with it not against it.
