Supporting Women Through Every Hormonal Season

From adolescence to menopause and every transition in between, my work is rooted in supporting women who feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or unheard in their health journey. Hormonal and metabolic shifts can influence every part of life; your sleep, mood, energy, digestion, weight, and that quiet sense of feeling like yourself.

As a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN), Natural Nutrition – Clinical Practitioner (NNCP), and Registered Nutritional Therapist (RNT), I focus on women’s hormonal and metabolic health through a functional, evidence-informed approach that considers your whole picture. From your nervous system and environment to your nutrition, stress response, and daily rhythms.

Over the past decade, I’ve worked in a range of settings — from my private clinic in Northern Manitoba where I started, to Alberta’s first integrative health clinic, fitness centers, and multidisciplinary wellness clinics, collaborating alongside medical and allied health professionals to support women through every stage of hormonal change.

With over 6,000 hours of yoga and somatic movement teaching as an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (ERYT), I also weave in body-based practices like breathwork and mindfulness to help women reconnect with their bodies and regulate from within.

This work is about understanding what your body is communicating, aligning your habits with your hormonal rhythms, and restoring the balance that brings back your calm, energy, and confidence.
