feel good in your body
Supporting and Empowering Women.
From adolescence to menopause and every transition in between, my work is rooted in supporting women who feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or unheard in their health journey. Hormone shifts can impact everything — your sleep, energy, mood, digestion, weight, cycles, and that quiet sense of feeling like yourself.
I blend advanced holistic nutrition education with a functional lens, always considering the full picture: your lived experience, your nervous system, your environment, and any recent lab results you choose to share. I am not a doctor and do not order or interpret labs, but I support you in using them as context for your wellness journey. I also help women prepare to advocate for themselves with their doctor or nurse practitioner — so you feel more confident asking for the labs, explanations, or referrals that matter to your health.
As a trauma-informed practitioner with over 6,000 hours in yoga and somatic movement, I incorporate breathwork, gentle body-based practices, and evidence-informed care to help you reconnect with your body in a safe and sustainable way.
This work is about meeting you where you are, helping you understand what your body is trying to say, and walking alongside you as you learn to work with it, not against it.
If you’re looking for a softer, wiser, more whole-person approach to your health, you’re in the right place.
