During our childbearing years, our bodies work incredibly hard to maintain fertility.


We’re biologically wired to protect the reproductive system from perceived threats — including environmental stress — to prioritize the chance of creating life.


But when we’re done having children — or if we don’t have them at all — our body stops holding that protective stance. And that’s when everything unravels.

PMS becomes unmanageable.

And before we know it,

This is why I don’t work with women for less than three months.

The 90-Day Hormone Reset is a structured and deeply supportive program designed to help women restore balance, improve energy, reset their metabolism, and feel like themselves again. It’s mapped to your hormones, your nervous system, your cycle, and your real life.

After your discovery call, we dive into an Initial 60-minute consult

We begin with a one-hour consultation. During this call, we walk through your full hormone history — including birth control, pregnancies, postpartum experiences, medications, surgeries, and symptoms. I look at your lab work and make sure we’re not missing anything. If needed, I’ll guide you on what to ask for from your doctor or nurse practitioner so we can get clarity. We talk through your stress, your sleep, your digestion, your energy, your cycle, and the patterns you’ve noticed in your body. Everything we cover becomes the foundation for your personalized reset plan.

Custom hormone + lifestyle report

After your consult, you’ll receive a detailed, individualized protocol. This includes a nutrition and supplement strategy based on your symptoms, goals, and health history. I create this using a HIPAA-compliant dispensary where you'll be able to log in and access your personalized recommendations directly. We also build in movement, sleep, and nervous system regulation practices that are realistic and supportive of the phase you’re in.

Alongside your plan, you’ll receive the 90-Day Reset Companion Workbook, a symptom and cycle tracker to monitor changes in your energy, mood, cravings, digestion, flow, and sleep, and my “I Am Her” daily identity practice, my mindset tool that helps you build the future version of yourself through consistent nervous system support and small shifts that stick.

6 follow-up sessions (biweekly over 3 months)

From there, we meet every two weeks for six full follow-up sessions. These are 60 minutes each and are where the real change starts to take shape. We assess what’s working, what needs adjusting, and layer in the next phase of support as your body is ready. Every session is personalized. We might look at drainage, thyroid and adrenal function, blood sugar shifts, gut integrity, inflammation, or cycle syncing, depending on what you need.

This program is built to support women experiencing PCOS, insulin resistance, hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism, estrogen dominance, fibroids, endometriosis, perimenopause, post-birth control symptoms, and cortisol-related imbalances like burnout, weight gain, mood instability, and sleep disruption.
