    Now look at how society functions: daily productivity, 9–5 schedules, early morning workouts, crash dieting, hustle culture. Everything is modeled on a masculine hormonal timeline, and it leaves women in a chronic state of misalignment.

During our childbearing years, our bodies work incredibly hard to maintain fertility.


We’re biologically wired to protect the reproductive system from perceived threats — including environmental stress — to prioritize the chance of creating life.


But when we’re done having children — or if we don’t have them at all — our body stops holding that protective stance. And that’s when everything unravels.

PMS becomes unmanageable.
