Meet Kylie Adele (Matechuk). Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Natural Nutrition Clinical Practitioner, Registered Nutritional Therapist, Experienced Yoga Instructor

A woman with long dark hair wearing a white shirt and large earrings, smiling outdoors against a bright background.

Kylie Adele Matechuk supports women through every hormonal transition from adolescence to menopause with a clear, functional, and evidence-informed approach. Her work focuses on the real physiology behind women’s symptoms: metabolism, thyroid function, insulin regulation, cortisol patterns, digestion, and the nervous system.

Kylie is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN), Natural Nutrition – Clinical Practitioner (NNCP), and Registered Nutritional Therapist (RNT). She specializes in women’s hormonal and metabolic health using a whole-person framework that considers stress, environment, nutrition, daily rhythms, and lifestyle patterns. Her goal is simple — to help women understand what their bodies are communicating and create a clear path back to balance, energy, and confidence.

Over the past decade, Kylie has practiced across Canada in a range of clinical and wellness environments including her private northern Manitoba clinic, Alberta’s first integrative health clinic, fitness centers, and multidisciplinary teams. Working alongside medical and allied health professionals has shaped her grounded, collaborative approach to care.

With over 6,000 hours of teaching experience as an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (ERYT), she also weaves in somatic movement, breathwork, and nervous system regulation to support women from both a physiological and body-based perspective.

Kylie’s work is rooted in helping women stabilize their hormones, restore metabolic flexibility, improve digestion, and feel at home in their bodies again. If you’re looking for a practical, whole-person approach to your health, you’re in the right place.
